2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Some carriers may not deliver to certain P.O. Boxes. If a carrier cannot deliver to your address, we may contact you for an alternate address.

3. Shipping Costs

Orders over $100: Free shipping (United States).
Orders under $100: $60 flat-rate shipping (United States).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Taxes may apply where required by law.

4. Processing Time and Delivery Estimates

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Transit time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days (processing + transit), excluding weekends and holidays.

Some items may have different handling or delivery timelines (for example, oversized freight items). If so, the product page and/or checkout will indicate the applicable timeline.

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or freight carriers when needed, depending on the product, destination, and package size.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

6. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time after placing your order, contact us at support@eternallwellness.com.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the delivery estimate, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier inquiry.

Marked delivered but not received

Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation
Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
Look for delivery notices from the carrier
Contact us so we can help initiate a trace with the carrier

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the packaging and damage. We will provide next steps, which may include replacement, parts, or return instructions.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
