We accept payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or other payment providers available on the Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

4.4 Order acceptance and cancellation

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If we cancel after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping terms, costs, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier receives the package, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is owned by Survival Preps, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

If you submit content (reviews, comments, or other materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and marketing the Site.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Survival Preps, LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services unlawfully. This does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal resolution

If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@eternallwellness.com and we will try to resolve it informally.

15.2 Arbitration (if applicable)

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and to the extent permitted by law, you and we agree that disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. Arbitration will take place in Florida, United States, unless the parties agree otherwise.

15.3 Class action waiver

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.

15.4 Small claims and injunctive relief

Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Either party may also seek injunctive relief for misuse or infringement of intellectual property rights.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17.2 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our posted policies (including Shipping, Returns/Refunds, and Privacy), form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

17.3 No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
